Bailey Broom - Analyst

Bailey oversees our research and analysis that we use, as a team, to design and prepare our corporate affairs plans. He supervises the implementation of our executive programs, including the First 100 days of CEO, stakeholder engagement, government relations, investor relations and media training.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Bailey worked as an Advisor to a NSW Government Minister, driving the implementation of government policy and building relationships with key stakeholders. Bailey has also worked as a Parliamentary Advisor to a Minister in the Australian Government. 

During his time in state and federal government, Bailey has been active in election campaigns, with experience in strategy and engagement on successful marginal seat campaigns.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, with a focus on Commercial Law, Government, and International Relations.
