Amber Plum brings nearly 20 years of award-winning journalism experience to John Connolly & Partners, with a distinguished track record in editorial leadership, content strategy and audience engagement across Australia's most influential news mastheads.

Editorial Leadership at News Corp

As Director of Business Content Strategy at The Australian and The Australian Business Network, Amber jointly led a team of more than 40 journalists to set the national business agenda across News Corp's flagship publications, including The Australian, Herald Sun, Daily Telegraph, Courier Mail and Adelaide Advertiser. She oversaw daily operations across print and digital channels, drove growth in digital subscriptions and audience engagement, and identified market gaps to build successful business cases for new products.

Prior to this, Amber served as Deputy Business Editor and Digital Business Editor at The Australian, shaping the publication's business coverage and driving exclusive, high-impact enterprise reporting.
